An AI investigation is when SAM actively analyzes an issue on your server — reading logs, running diagnostics, and proposing solutions. Basic monitoring and health audits do not count against your investigation limit.
Monitoring and alerting continue to work normally. AI investigations pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan for more capacity. You will never be charged overage fees.
